I apologize for not posting the winner Sunday as I wanted to, but in spite of all my good intentions to do so, I am experiencing a lot ( and I mean a lot) of technical difficulties lately with my laptop and Internet, so I wasn’t able to do so.
But, today I finally managed and here we are again, for a second time to choose the winner of the scrapbook prize, because Nora ( the previous winner) didn’t contact me after all.
